Due to the flexibility of RDP.RU’s Eco-solutions several functionality can be got on a single platform.

All platforms are capable of operating at wire speeds - for packets with an average length of 480 bytes or more.

The Eco4in1 solution is a transparent L2 bridge. Only untagged frames are processed. Frames tagged with 802.1Q are skipped transparently.
All 10G ports for subscriber traffic are divided into pairs: Inside (LAN) and Outside (WAN). Each pair of LAN + WAN ports is a pseudo-wire: packets that arrive on LAN-1 are transmitted to WAN-1, those that come to WAN-3 are transmitted to LAN-3, and so on. The transfer of packets between different pairs does not occur. In this case, all data structures — a table of broadcasts, sessions, etc. — are common to the entire device.

Since the device is a bridge, it connects between two routers (PE and Core) or between two VRFs of the same router.
All or several LAN ports can be combined into LAGs (based on LACP) on the router, similarly for WAN ports. EcoNATDPI transparently passes ARP frames, IP-Multicast, LACP service traffic and other Ethernet frames into which IP packets are not encapsulated.

Operator-oriented product that can solve the problem of shortage of IPv4 addresses while maintaining the existing IPv4 infrastructure and in the future smooth migration to IPv6.

EcoNAT supports various types of address translation at the same time: CG-NAT / PAT, Basic NAT, static 1: 1 translation.

Quality of Experience (QoE)

The software component supported by the Eco4in1 and EcoDPI platforms is designed to collect statistical data that assess the quality of perception (Quality of Experience, QoE), compile various metrics for further analysis of user experience and flexible quality management of the supplied services.

IPoE BRAS

A solution that allows a telecom operator to realize the functionality of a services gateway (Services Gateway), which includes such necessary for each broadband or wireless access operator capabilities such as controlling subscriber access to data services, restricting access speed, disconnecting subscribers with redirection to the portal or page with notification of the need to replenish the account, as well as for the demonstration of information messages to subscribers by forwarding to the portal.
